Campus Evolution Villages is on the doorstep of the University of South Carolina Upstate. Some of our students enjoy a quick bike ride to campus. We’re also close to Spartanburg Community College, Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Sherman College of Chiropractic Medicine, and Spartanburg Methodist College.

MY CAMPUS LIFE

“I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but Starbucks is always a good bet. It’s a short drive from campus, so it’s convenient on the way to class.

For lunch one of my hang-outs is Grouchos. It’s probably my favorite sandwich place in town. I usually order The Apollo, and I highly recommend it. It’s turkey, and roast beef and ham, and it’s delicious. I also like to go to Fuji, which is this great Chinese place. I usually get chicken, steak and fried rice mixed together – got to love all that protein.

Wild Wing Café is a popular spot for wings. They have a ton of different flavors and sauces, and people love it. But personally, I prefer Wild Aces across the street, which has amazing Italian food. Venus Pie is also good for pizza. You get a humongous pizza with great toppings.

If you love milkshakes, there’s this great place, Cookout, which has good cheap fast food, and the milkshakes are amazing. They have, maybe, 30 flavors and you can mix and match.

My team works out at the sports facility, so I’m there a lot. But the school also has a nice wilderness trail for running. If I have any free time left, I like to go to the mall. It’s pretty big and they have a variety of stores there, and a movie theatre.”
