Shoe Factory Lofts is a private student housing community that offers a great collegiate environment, upscale amenities and excellent service for our residents. We offer two bedrooms, four person suites with a bathroom in each suite. Whether you want to relax in your room and do some studying or play a vigorous game of volleyball, work out in our twenty-four hour fitness center, or have an amazing meal in our gourmet dining hall; Shoe Factory Lofts is sure to have something for you! We are within walking distance of the MSU-West Plains campus. We are also close to local shopping, dining and entertainment. We are situated on the city bus route and close to major highways in and out of the city.
