MY CAMPUS LIFE

“Usually my friends play basketball or go to the gym and hang out. Then maybe at lunch we’ll go to Millhouse and you can walk there in just a few minutes. It’s a steakhouse, pretty casual, and it’s really good. I love the BBQ spicy chicken sandwich. Somedays we pick up sandwiches, or coffees from Starbucks, and sit at Sweetheart Circle, which is a grassy area on campus. You’re pretty much guaranteed to meet someone you know there.

If you’re going out in a big group, El Sombrero is always fun. We go there all the time for friends birthdays and always have a blast. The music is good, the waiters are really friendly, and the Quesadillas are great. There are lots of chain restaurants in town, places like Chilis and Olive Garden, but there’s this one place, Fuzzy’s Tacos that’s a bit more unusual and its right up the block! And it’s good for tacos, obviously.

There’s a really beautiful botanical garden just outside town that I like to go to on the weekends. It makes a nice change sometimes to get out of town for a while. On Saturdays a lot of people go to watch the football team – the Eagles. It’s a great time – plus, they’re a great team."
