Campus Evolution Villages is a singularly focused student housing management company. Our senior team has over 25 years of experience and has been responsible for managing over 50,000 beds across the country.
Campus Evolution Villages owns and/or manages more than 10,000 beds today at 21 universities from San Diego, California to Clemson, South Carolina. Since the true emergence of student housing in the 1980s, we have been defining and shaping the business and continue to be change-agents.
Campus Evolution Villages’ specialized focus gives us a unique perspective on the particular needs and challenges of managing student housing. Our focus is not only on the individual student, but also his or her parents, the university and the neighboring community.
We know that student housing is fundamentally more than building management. Our buildings are communities. They are the environments that shape how our students study, interact with friends, cook, eat, exercise, play – and learn to live away from home, often for the first time. They are the center of a rounded and fulfilled university life. We are here to support that common goal of success. The management team at Campus Evolution Villages understands student housing. We have a proven track record of innovation and success that sets us apart. We are committed to growing and evolving to constantly meet the needs of the students we serve.
Each bedroom suite in an apartment has a separate lease agreement. You are only responsible for the rent for your bedroom. All roommates are equally responsible for damages or missing furnishings in common areas. It is reassuring to know if a roommate does move out before their lease ends, you are not responsible.
The leases are 12 months. They can be paid in 12 equal installments or by semester.
No, it is available to everyone on a first come, first served basis. Parking is free, and there’s plenty of space onsite.
Personal liability insurance is required to cover damage a student may cause to the building or to others. This requirement provides a level of protection for all residents. Campus Evolution Villages is working with a third party resident insurance expert, Multifamily Insurance Partners (MFIP.) MFIP offers a comprehensive selection of liability only and renters insurance options at price points as low as about $10/month.
Many experts strongly suggest a separate student policy and to avoid insuring your student under a homeowners policy. Not only can student claims negatively impact your other insurance rates and record, but homeowners deductibles are typically much higher and thus many common student losses are not effectively covered.
