Courthouse Square is the newest student housing community serving the students of Westfield State University. Courthouse Square is a historic courthouse building recently converted to student housing with all apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Every apartment has full private bathrooms so no more waiting in line down the hall for a shower. Each apartment’s living room and bedrooms are furnished with a couch and side chairs, beds, desks, and dressers. Unit sizes range from two to eight person apartments. There are on-site laundry facilities and vending areas, as well as a large common room/library with weekday quiet hours for an extra study area. A fitness center and computer lab are coming soon!
Courthouse Square is conveniently located to campus and residents have secure access to the building entryways and units by use of electronic key fobs. The common areas, entryways and parking lots have closed circuit tv monitoring for your safety and security. Most recently, the building has been converted for 24 hour access with a Resident Advisor living in a unit off the front lobby. Additionally, the property is across School Street from the Westfield Police Department.
