Campus Evolution Villages is on the doorstep of the University of South Carolina Upstate. Some of our students enjoy a quick bike ride to campus. We’re also close to Spartanburg Community College, Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Sherman College of Chiropractic Medicine, and Spartanburg Methodist College.

My Campus Life

“One of my favorite things to do is go shopping. I am such a girly girl and there is a fabulous boutique in Spartanburg called, Almost Pink. I enjoy going there when I want to splurge on a cute outfit. The West Gate Mall in Spartanburg also offers a variety of stores as well as a movie theatre.

Groucho’s is my go-to spot when I’m hungry or just want to grab a bite for lunch with the girls or my boyfriend. They have a sandwich called, the Apollo Dipper that is served with their formula called “45.” Along with the amazing sauce, it has ham, turkey, and swiss cheese. I love it!

When I am looking for a night out on the town, I go to Wild Ace. It is a pizza pub and bar. They offer wings, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. After that, I like to go check out Wild Wing Café across the street. They usually have a pretty good band on the weekends to enjoy some live music. If I am craving desert, I love the milkshakes at Cookout. They have like 30 different flavors and they are all amazing!

I hang out around the Campus Evolution Villages’ clubhouse a lot because I can work-out, tan, and get some homework done in the computer lab. I usually like to swing by Starbucks for their Caramel Frappuccino for an energy boost. If you’re a milkshake person, Cookout is the place to be at. They have so many different flavors to choose from. You’ll see that this area is thriving and has a lot to offer.”
