Campus Evolution Villages is just minutes from West Virginia University’s Downtown, Evansdale and Health Sciences campuses. It’s the best choice for student housing in Morgantown! There’s plenty of parking onsite if you prefer to drive, and we have a shuttle bus service running frequently to the WVU campuses, as well as to the shops and entertainment in downtown Morgantown. Our shuttle buses are connected to GPS, so you can see exactly where they are, and when you should go meet them.

WVU’s Mountain Lion buses also stop at Campus Evolution Villages.

We also put on special Game Day shuttle buses, so you never miss a moment of the excitement at the Milan Puskur Football Stadium, Go Mountaineers!

My Campus Life

“I love my home at Campus Evolution Villages in Morgantown! It is located close to all 3 campuses and they have these cool shuttle buses so if you don’t want to drive they make your life easy!

If I am in the mood for coffee I go to Starbucks, it’s right on the way to class. If I am staying around campus for lunch, I go to the Mountain Lair. It’s a food court with a lot of different options to choose from – burgers, tacos, subs and salads. Most people go there so you can meet up with your friends and hang out. Have you ever tried chicken and waffles? It’s delicious! I highly recommend a local restaurant called The Dirty Bird. Ever since my first experience there I have been excited to tell all my friends about this place. We always go there and try a new combination of food without spending an arm and a leg. Even if you don’t want to eat chicken and waffles I would still recommend the rest of their lunch menu. When we are in the mood for pizza we order from Pizza Al’s. It’s the largest pizza pie I have ever seen – and delicious too!

If you are looking for a fun nightlife experience, there are many places to explore in Morgantown. My favorite places are Bent Wiley’s and Fat Daddy’s. Both places always having something going on over the weekend! Some of my friends who are not 21 just yet can’t get in, but they plan on coming with me as soon as their birthday’s come! There are many other places you can get in if you aren’t 21. The best part is our Campus Evolution Villages shuttle bus that runs till 3 am! It makes it easy to get downtown and back without having to worry about driving.

Suburban Bowling lanes are really fun to go to and so close to CEV! They always have great rates and specials! My friends and I go on Sunday nights for a few competitive rounds. The place even has a two big screen TV’s and a snack bar!

During the summer my favorite place to go is Cheat Lake. There are always people out at the lake, and the water always seems to be at just right temperature. Even if you do not have a boat, there are many places at the three different marinas that allow you to rent boats and sometimes even sign up for guided tours. Cheat Lake is a wonderful addition that helps to make Morgantown the perfect home.”
