Campus Evolution Villages student housing is just up the street from West Texas A&M University – just a ten-minute walk or less than a two-minute drive. There’s plenty of parking here if you want to bring a car. We’re a five-minute drive from the First United Bank Center, which is handy on game night – GO Buffs! It’s the best choice in off-campus living in Canyon!

My Campus Life

“Canyon has so many things to do and living at Campus Evolution Villages makes getting to everything so easy! From coffee shops, to the shopping square downtown, nail salons, food joints and the University, it is all nearby.

Local coffee shops are within a 5 minute drive or a real nice bike ride. Whether you want to go to the newly-opened Paper Crane or my personal favorite, Palace Coffee, you are sure to see some of your friends. Palace Coffee is a nice and cozy spot where I get to order my White Chocolate Mocha Coffee, and sit down on the couch to study for a big upcoming exam. They even have little concerts there throughout the month.

The shopping square downtown is a cute, classic touch to the Canyon lifestyle here. There are a handful of boutiques where I LOVE to go shopping before a “Girl’s Night Out” on the weekends. White Flower and The Rack have the cutest outfits! My girlfriends and I are regulars. Beauty Nails is a professional nail salon that is to die for! The nail artists there are fantastic! I’m on the softball team here at WT and you can bet that all us girl’s go for our bi-weekly manicures. Got to have our nails in “tip-top” shape to show off our National Championship rings we won last year!

When it comes to food joints, after working up an appetite at softball practice, you know I only want the best! Buffalo’s, Braums, Napoli’s and La Bella’s Pizza do the job. They are in my budget and they are super yummy!

When it comes to living by West Texas A&M University, your friends, school and everything is so convenient. The activities center is within walking distance from Campus Evolution Villages and the sports complexes are right there! Softball, Baseball, Volleyball and Soccer are always bringing in huge crowds and it’s a blast watching the games.”
