Supervises: General Managers

Position Objective
The Regional Manager oversees the day to day operations and profitability, as well as all administrative and procedural matters relating to a portfolio of student housing properties. The individual in this position will direct associates to ensure operations and services provided meet all the needs and objectives of Campus Evolution Villages’ internal and external clients and residents while achieving the company’s financial goals. The Regional Manager shall ensure that all properties under their control strive for excellence every day in all aspects.
