Nicole serves as the National Director of Residence Life. In this role, Nicole is responsible for creating and implementing the residence life program that is conducive to building a positive community at each property. Her sophomore year at Barton College, Nicole began her adventure in student development as a Resident Assistant. Two years later she was promoted to Area Director for multiple residence halls on campus. From there, Nicole went on to work on and off campus in roles such as Residence Life Coordinator, General Manager, Director of Residence Life, and Area Manager. Nicole obtained her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Through her fifteen-year career in higher education, Nicole has only become more passionate about developing students to their fullest potential and creating thriving communities in which they are able to do so.
