Lauren is an associate at Campus Evolution Villages, LLC, and Campus Evolution, LLC. Lauren is responsible for the asset management of a diverse portfolio and underwriting prospective acquisitions across the nation. Prior to joining Campus Evolution, Lauren was an analyst for Candlebrook Properties/Letter9 Management, an owner and manager for Multi-Family and Student Housing Properties. She was responsible for overseeing 3,500 beds as well as underwriting and evaluating Student Housing assets. Over the course of her college career, Lauren interned at a vast array of real estate firms including Fortuna Realty Group, a New York City Hotel Developer, and Massey Knakal (now Cushman and Wakefield), a commercial brokerage firm, in their Capital Markets division.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Investment from Baruch College, CUNY.
