Jasmin Zelinko is a Regional Coordinator for Campus Evolution Villages and General Manager for Centennial Commons in Joliet, IL. Jasmin has over 19 years Property Management experience in Indiana and Illinois starting as a Leasing and Marketing Manager, and working her way up to Regional Coordinator. Jasmin has experience in Multi-Family, Section 8, Section 42, and Student Housing which is her passion and primary focus. She is passionate about team building, resident retention, and finding creative and “out of the box” ways to improve resident relations, and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Jasmin also works closely on corporate projects, and is the founder and planner of CEV’s annual MEMO training summit for General Managers and Maintenance Supervisors.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management she earned while living in Germany for seven years. She also has a degree in Culinary Arts she also earned while living in Germany.
