Dirce Fornelos is the Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for Campus Evolution Villages. In this role, Dirce is directly responsible for all Campus Evolution Villages’ properties’ marketing, leasing and all residential life programs. She is responsible for the proper execution of all of the site level marketing and leasing initiatives utilized to build customer relationships. Dirce is one of the thought leaders at Campus Evolution Villages and provides short- and long-term goals for the company.

Dirce was previously with Starwood Hotels for 15 years, where she was responsible for negotiating and executing hotel agreements, resulting in over $275MM in NPV a year. Prior to signing agreements, Dirce managed content for global marketing collateral and developed several development processes that were ultimately implemented by both the Development and Architecture & Construction departments, across all Starwood brands. She was also the main point of contact for W Hotels’ developers during the early days of the luxury brand.

Dirce graduated from Nyack College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
